Aramco recently held a 3-day forum in Dammam to celebrate progress on localization and their flagship program, IKTVA. Zahid Tractor’s Construction Machinery Division (CMD) were in attendance along with representatives from Zahid Industries, Zahid Learning Institute, Arabian Vehicles Industries & Altaaqa. The event has become an annual event with private and public-sector industry leaders being given a platform to discuss the ever-important subject of localization.
Aramco also has taken the opportunity this year to highlight their progress in diversifying their product & service portfolio, with a +70% localised approach in 50+ new product lines and services. Armed with a high-production video series on CMD’s state-of-the-art rebuild centers, (that were displayed on the monitors) and a well branded booth; CMD Eastern Region clearly communicated the brand’s commitment to excellence.
CMD Eastern Region’s management team held various meetings with customers, ministries and other key stakeholders. A special thank you goes out to our delegation, spearheaded by Mohammed AlKhwailde, Ms. Najla Al Dossary, Zahra Al Hamood & Najah Al Jaffar who stayed on the front-line and represented the Zahid brand to customers, prospects and attendees during the 3-day event.
