The Technician Career Development Program (TCDP-A) is one of our flagship initiatives, designed to empower technicians by offering a clear and structured career path across three distinct levels: Foundational, Advanced, and Expert. Each stage of the program necessitates the successful completion of a tailored curriculum within a specific timeframe. This curriculum incorporates a variety of training methods, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Web-Based Training (WBT), and Caterpillar ILT (CAT ILT). This blended approach ensures that technicians are equipped with both the knowledge and hands-on skills required to excel in their careers.
Major Milestone Achieved
We are delighted to announce that seven of our dedicated employees have successfully passed the Advanced Electrical Power Generation Assessment to get the CAT CERTIFIED ELECTRIC POWER TECHNICIAN.
