Strategic Partnership Revived: A Testament to Persistence and Trust

Zahid Tractor Construction and Machinery Division (CMD) is proud to announce the renewal of its partnership with a leading telecommunication and technology company, ranked #1 in delivering critical projects across Saudi Arabia, with over 15 years of experience.

After the previous deal concluded in 2017, the customer returned with a new purchase of 27 CAT machines, expanding their fleet to over 100 Caterpillar units nationwide.

This comeback was driven by Ms Najla Abugazzah, Sales Representative, CMD, who spent a year rebuilding trust and securing the deal with senior management support. Najla’s efforts revived a key client relationship and reinforced Zahid Tractor’s reputation as the trusted partner for large-scale national projects.

Since joining CMD in 2023, Najla has delivered outstanding results, strengthening partnerships and continuing to make effective contributions to driving Zahid Tractor’s success across the Kingdom.
