Hospitality Ventures Co, A Zahid Group Subsidiary specializing in Saudi Arabia’s Food & Beverage industry, unveiled its newest brand today. Bab Idris, located at the new El Khayyat Center on Prince Sultan Street in Jeddah, offers guests an authentic taste of Lebanese cuisine.
At Bab Idris, only the highest quality ingredients are used in order to create original delicacies that celebrate the best of the Lebanese dining experience. Bab Idris builds upon the original recipes of Lebanese generations of the past, respecting the techniques and flavors and delivering an authentic taste; from mezze to salads, to perfectly char-grilled and seasoned authentic gourmet meals.
The Bab Idris brand was developed by Ant Ventures and there are currently two Bab Idris restaurants operating in Jeddah and Muscat, with more branches expected in the near future. Ant Ventures is based in Lebanon and has developed many of the region’s leading F&B brands that include: Casper & Gambini’s, Falafel and More, From the Tree and Silverspoon.
