Zahid Learning Institute (ZLI) Dammam implemented wall designs in-line with Zahid Group’s pLAstic initiative that was launched in August 2021 with the objective being to fully phase out single-use plastics (SUP) throughout Zahid Group by the end of 2022.
The mural designs encourage participation and alignment with all the green initiatives at Zahid Group which aim to preserve the environment through spreading awareness by highlighting the damage caused by SUP waste and carbon emissions and the long-term negative effects that expose wildlife to potential extinction. To encourage the achievement of the initiative’s goal, ZLI is delivering a ‘De-plastification Awareness’ training course monthly in both Arabic and English languages for all employees to make an impact and positive change within Zahid Group companies.
