HVC is thrilled to announce that Rowaida Wasfi, a talented Saudi chef specializing in Saudi cuisine, has joined its family by bringing a burst of flavors and tradition into “Alwaha” at Zahid Business Park.
Rowaida’s culinary journey began at the young age of 15 when that girl’s love for cooking ignited through passion. Rowaida’s first career pitstop started at the prestigious Ritz Carlton as a hobby, where she honed her skills during a six-year stint, gaining valuable experience and perfecting the craft.
Rowaida’s culinary expertise shines through a diverse range of dishes; from the aromatic Kabsa variations to the comforting Fatteh, Margoog, and the delightful Areeka.
