Star 2.0 Program Completion – Empowering UD Sales & Aftersales Teams

Over the past year, Zahid Tractor – Commercial Vehicles Division, in collaboration with the UD Trucks team (MEENA Hub), successfully delivered the Star 2.0 Program to CVD’s UD Trucks Sales & Aftersales crews.

This comprehensive development initiative focused on three core areas: Enhanced Selling Skills, Advanced Negotiation Techniques, and Emotional Intelligence.
