Wared Logistic Received a Certificate of Appreciation from Saudi Ministry of Health for Their Services During the Pandemic

Throughout the pandemic lockdowns and travel restrictions, as an exempt company Wared Logistics has continued to operate and provide the best possible services to our loyal client base, ensuring that vital food and pharmaceutical supplies reach the market.

Wared Logistics sought a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, which would assist the community and/or authorities in the fight against the coronavirus. Thus, the Ministry of Health (MOH) was approached to determine their Covid-19 logistics requirements. MOH confirmed its need for reliable daily collections of blood samples from hospitals in East Jeddah for transfer to the MOH Regional Laboratory for Covid-19 testing.

To ensure full time reliable execution of this mission critical requirement Wared put two (5ton) refrigerated vehicles with four drivers at MOH’s disposal. Wared Logistics is proud of the teams, which have worked around the clock 7 days/per week, completing over 1000 trips from May through July 2020, and will continue as long as needed. Because of the initiative, Wared has generated goodwill with MOH who have expressed interest in developing a logistics relationship with Wared.
