Since its inception in 2005, Zahid Learning Center (ZLC) has provided employees with a comprehensive range of advanced training programs, fostering professional development in a number of fields. With modern technology and a pragmatic approach to people development, ZLC offers real-world learning experiences in a dynamic learning environment.
After a comprehensive audit of its programs, processes and faculty, ZLC became the fourth training center in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East to receive Caterpillar’s Service Training Excellence Accreditation, which certifies that the global standards for effective, efficient, sustainable, safe and consistent service training are being met.
This monumental achievement resulted in Caterpillar’s endorsement of the Zahid Group’s intention to establish Accelerated Basic Curriculum (ABC) schools in the Kingdom, which are designed to empower trainees to fulfill the present and future needs of dealers faster than traditional training programs would.
The establishment of ABC schools is one of many initiatives the Zahid Group has planned to support the Kingdom’s Saudization efforts, which is an extension of their commitment to their customers and the community as a whole.
