CMD: Ground Engaging Tools Customer Value Agreement

Following the completion of the Dubai full field force (FFF) Training Course, representatives from the CAT team collaborated with the CMD team to initiate work on the Ground Engaging Tools Customer Value Agreement (GET CVA).

As a direct result of this training, the CMD team successfully signed GET CVA contracts with National Basic Customer (NBC) and Bin Quraya Holding Company.


This Milestone Was Achieved Through Three Strategic Steps:

1. Communicating the GET CVA Concept: The team effectively presented the concept and benefits of the GET CVA to the customer.
2. Site Analysis and Machine Inspection: A comprehensive assessment of the customer’s site and machinery was conducted to evaluate the current condition and operational needs.
3. Recommendations and Quotation: Based on the analysis, the team proposed a customized set of tips and adapters, providing a detailed and competitive quote.
