Zahid Group on International Men’s Day

On International Men’s Day, Zahid Group launched a Men’s Health Awareness initiative to promote health and well-being among male employees across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

The programme featured in-person sessions in Jeddah and Dammam, complemented by online awareness sessions for employees in remote areas, ensuring everyone had the opportunity to participate and benefit.

Activities included expert-led health talks, a Plank challenge, and running exercises. To make it engaging, we introduced a shaving station prize for the Plank challenge winner, along with special gifts for winners in remote locations.

This initiative reflects Zahid Group’s commitment to fostering a supportive and health-conscious workplace.
