Altaaqa-EV (a Zahid Group company) offers end-to-end comprehensive solutions for the development of electric vehicles charging infrastructure. Altaaqa-EV delivers a holistic range of products and services that cover all the phases of electric vehicle supply equipment deployment (from preliminary studies, engineering and project management to supply, installation, and technical operation)Altaaqa-EV is committed to the Kingdom’s vision for clean energy (Vision2030) and the Saudi Green Initiative and is actively participating through the development of the required electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Altaaqa Renewables (ARE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Altaaqa. Altaaqa Renewable Energy (ARE) is an international renewable energy developer and independent power producer (IPP). ARE, on its own, or in collaboration with its partners, develops, finances, builds and operates PV and wind farms, large-scale energy storage solutions, and hybrid projects, across KSA, MENA region, Europe, and Central Asia.

Greencells
Greencells was established in 2009 as a small assembly company in Saarbrücken, Germany. With its extensive expert knowledge, its closely knit network of technology and finance partners and its high bankability, the company is today one of the largest European providers of PV power plants and offers clients the full service spectrum from Project Development to EPC to O&M. and continues to be a trusted service provider to well-known players in the industry. The Group now has over 2.2 GWp of installed capacity under its belt and employs over 300 employees worldwide. Greencells has international subsidiaries in Asia, the Middle East and the US.
SAFEER
SAFEER is a joint venture between TotalEnergies and Altaaqa, which offers industrial and commercial clients the route to accessing solar energy, via a lease model. SAFEER’s goal is to deliver cost-effective, reliable solar energy solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain. Specializing in commercial and industrial solar installations, the joint venture leverages TotalEnergies’ access to the entire photovoltaic solar value chain and Altaaqa’s two decades of leadership in delivering independent power generation and water solutions.

OMAS has a world-class Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) program and is committed to the highest levels of environmental compliance to international standards. OMAS HSE Management System is certified to the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) standard 18001.
