A Milestone in CMD Parts: Arabian Drilling PartnershipOn-Site, On-Time

CMD Parts Eastern Region has reached a significant milestone by launching a dedicated on-site consignment warehouse for Arabian Drilling Company (ADC). 

This initiative has already delivered strong revenue growth while meeting ADC’s critical need for immediate parts availability.

The project was built from the ground up on ADC’s premises, reflecting close collaboration between ADC and the CMD Parts team. Key achievements included defining the warehouse layout, integrating new inventory locations into the system, and stocking more than 300 critical line items to support day-to-day operations.

To ensure sustained performance, the team implemented a structured replenishment model with bi-weekly and monthly restocking. This disciplined approach provides ADC with a reliable supply chain while supporting predictable, long-term revenue growth.
