Altaaqa Alternative Solutions and OCS Achieve Mowaamah Gold Certification

In a significant achievement, both Altaaqa Alternative Solutions and OCS have been awarded the Mowaamah Gold Certification by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in recognition of Excellence in Workplace Accessibility and Inclusion for Persons with Disabilities.  

The Mowaamah Program is a national initiative designed to help organizations develop work environments that are supportive, accessible, and inclusive for people with disabilities by following structured standards and criteria. Organizations are evaluated and certified across multiple levels, Bronze, Silver, and Gold, based on their performance in areas such as commitment, employment practices, facilities, and communication.  

Achieving the Gold Certification reflects our strong dedication to diversity, equality, and empowerment within the workplace.
