CMG successfully completed a Complete Machine Refurbishment (CMR) on a severely worn 990H unit (BWX00304) for City Cement Company. Upon customer approval, all major components—including the engine, transmission, torque converter, hydraulic systems, and cabin A/C—were overhauled. The machine’s body was fully repaired with line boring as needed, the bucket refurbished, and a new GET installed. It was then fully repainted with new decals applied. Finally, the serial number was updated, and SMR was reset to zero hours. This CMR extended the machine’s lifecycle and restored it to like-new condition, ensuring optimal performance for the customer’s operations.
