Altaaqa Alternative Solutions Company and Fast Group today announced the launch of Fast Arabia, a new joint venture established to deliver world-class engineering, assembly, and maintenance solutions for temporary and overlay structures. The announcement was made on the sidelines of the Middle East Sports Investment Forum (MESIF – Riyadh 2026).
The joint venture agreement was signed by Mr. Majid T. Zahid, Group President – Zahid Group Energy, and Ms. Tatiana Fasolari, Chief Executive Officer – Fast Group, marking a significant milestone in expanding high-quality temporary infrastructure capabilities across the Kingdom. Fast Arabia will deliver innovative, large-scale overlay and temporary structure solutions across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, supporting major sporting, cultural, entertainment, and infrastructure projects through a combination of global expertise and strong local execution. Aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, Fast Arabia will play a key role in supporting Saudi Arabia’s ambitions to host world-class international events, accelerate infrastructure development, and build sustainable local capabilities.
The joint venture will contribute to economic diversification by fostering knowledge transfer, developing local talent, and strengthening the Kingdom’s event and construction ecosystem in line with national transformation objectives. Fast Arabia will deliver customized weatherproof, retractable modular temporary structures solutions, for example: Turnkey solutions for major events, temporary venues, stadiums, temporary accommodation, temporary hospitals, sport operations, showrooms, stages, and special projects.
