Zahid Tractor’s Construction and Machinery Division (CMD) recently hosted a high-impact customer event in Abha, welcoming over 100 attendees from nearly 60 companies across the city and surrounding regions. The event showcased Zahid Group’s enduring legacy, the Abha branch’s strong capabilities, and the complete Cat product portfolio, alongside advanced digital solutions such as VisionLink, Cat Inspect, and Parts Online services.

Key highlights included Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) and the BCP uptime guarantee, which provides a loaner machine if warranty repairs exceed 48 hours. Guests also learned about Extended Protection Plans (EPP) offering three years of unlimited hours on select GCI machines, flexible financing options through AJIL (a Zahid Group company) and other partners, plus exclusive online parts promotions.

The event featured cutting-edge 3D technology for the D8-22 dozer and 14-12 motor grader, with demo units available for trials. It concluded with a machine walkaround and dinner, and its success was clear when Mr. Saeed Bin Otot purchased two compactors (CB10 & CW34) within 24 hours.
