Innovation Drives Success in CVA Level 2 Programme

The largest CVA Level 2 programme with Esnad and Masar has set a new benchmark in maintenance excellence. Managing over 110 CAT machines operating up to 22 hours daily in harsh conditions demanded a solution beyond traditional preventive maintenance.

Instead of investing in a costly new service truck, the team ingeniously repurposed a retired 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser into a fully functional PM unit. Equipped with a removable PM deck, dual high-flow pumps, a contamination-free oil system, and advanced filtration, this innovation cut PM service time by up to 75%, improved contamination control, and boosted machine availability.

Since March, all machines have run without a single breakdown—even in sandstorm-prone environments—earning exceptional customer satisfaction. This success has prompted Esnad and Masar to request expansion to Taif and the Eastern Region, proving that proactive maintenance and innovation deliver reliability and trust in the toughest conditions.
