Ms Bushra Khojah, Logistics Manager at Zahid Tractor – Commercial Vehicles Division (CVD), is representing the Group at the SHE Leadership Program on the 9th of Octobver 2022. The SHE Leadership Program will be conducted in Riyadh and Dubai, by the Swedish Institute (SI). Those who successfully complete the program will receive an accredited Diploma in Leadership.
The SHE 2022 Leadership Program is a leadership development program for female executives based in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and was initiated by the Swedish Embassy in Saudi Arabia. Hosting 20-30 participants per year since 2017, it is also a growing network of professional women in the Gulf region.
For participants, the SHE Leadership Program is an exclusive opportunity to harvest the latest theoretical and practical insights into innovative leadership. Through networking opportunities, workshops, panel discussions and interactive materials. Participants are offered the opportunity to reflect on and mature their leadership skills. For Sweden, the program is a way to build relationships with key players in the Gulf markets: companies and individuals.
