This partnership brings together the local strength and market presence of ISM and GORICA Industrial (KSA branch) with the regional manufacturing expertise of the Gorica Group to create a powerful new entity in the truck bodies and trailers sector.
The new joint venture company is currently in the establishment stage and is set to commence operations on the 1st of July 2025. With production anchored in two state-of-the-art facilities located in Jeddah and Riyadh and supported by Gorica’s established manufacturing infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates, the company is positioned to deliver world-class solutions across the full spectrum of truck-mounted bodies and semi-trailers.
