From 23 to 25 November 2025, Zahid Group proudly welcomed distinguished delegations from Barloworld and Tamela, two leading South African companies, for a series of strategic meetings and cultural experiences in Jeddah. This visit underscored our shared commitment to deepening collaboration and exploring new opportunities for growth across the two continents.
The engagement in Jeddah builds on a series of collaborative steps taken earlier this year and forms a key part of Zahid Group’s strategic integration and growth agenda following its acquisition of Barloworld. It signals a new chapter of partnership and shared ambition between the organizations.
On 24 November, the delegation engaged in high-level discussions with Zahid Group’s leadership, including:

The meetings focused on strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and strengthening business ties. The day also featured a comprehensive facility tour at Zahid Business Park, followed by a dinner hosted at the residence of Mr. Haytham Zahid.
The final day offered the delegation a taste of Jeddah’s rich heritage, with a guided tour of the historic Al Balad district (Historical Jeddah) followed by an immersive experience at TeamLab Borderless. The visit concluded with farewells as the guests departed, carrying lasting impressions of Saudi hospitality and Zahid Group’s commitment to partnership and excellence.
