On January 17th, 2018 – Saudi Total Petroleum products Co. celebrated the 10th anniversary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This event marked the establishment of a successful partnership between Total S.A. group and its strategic partner in Saudi Arabia – Zahid Group. This relationship was highlighted by remarkable success stories throughout the past decade.
The event took place in Sofitel Jeddah Hotel. Both partners’ management and stakeholders as well as various media representatives attended the event, hosted by the public figure, Mr. Yasser Al – Saqqaf.
Among the attendees was Mr. Hisham Attalla, Managing Director of STPP (Saudi Total Petroleum Products), Mr. Christian Cabrol, Senior Vice President of APMO (Asia and the Middle East) and Mr. Jean Papee, Vice President of the Middle East in APMO and STPP Chairman.
Also from Zahid Group, Mr. Zayd Zahid, CEO of Zahid Group & STPP Board Member and Mr. Aladdin Sami, Executive Managing Director of Zahid Group & Board Member of STPP.
Mr. Christian Cabrol emphasized on the importance of the partnership between Total on one hand and Zahid Group on the other. He mentioned that the celebration today is a clear sign of the diligent effort of all employees of STPP to build successive successes over the past years.
Mr. Hisham Atalla announced that the MOTO of this celebration is “BECAUSE OF YOU” which means that Saudi Total has achieved this level of success because of the work of its employees, partners & customers over the last 10 years.
Mr. Zayd Zahid emphasized in his speech that Zahid Group is proud of this strategic partnership and thanked all the employees of the company for their work during the past years. He also congratulated the attendees for the celebration and promised to continue on this approach in the future with more successes.
The ceremony was well organized and entertaining through musical performances in addition to a creative sand drawing performance memorizing the history of Saudi Total.
Saudi Total recognized the elite employees who completed 5 years in the company with trophies and concluded the ceremony with a closing speech confirming the consolidation of this strategic partnership.
