Conference Overview: This year, The People Conference was held in Peru, marking the 16th edition of this annual event organized in collaboration with Caterpillar. The conference is vital for HR professionals across Latin America (LATAM), and Zahid Group was proudly represented by its HR team, Abrar Alansari and Hattan Alahmadi, who highlighted Zahid’s culture and shared values.
Conference Objective: The People Conference aimed to discuss HR best practices, share success stories, and explore the latest HR trends centered around the theme of “People.” With 22 dealers from LATAM and Zahid Group as the only representative from the Middle East. The event showcased a truly global perspective.
Key Highlights: Participants toured Ferreyros’ impressive facility, gaining insights into innovative operational practices. The following two days included discussions on critical topics, fostering collaboration and idea exchange.
