Zahid Tractor hosted the 2026 Sales Campus from January 13–15, 2026, at Zahid Business Park, in collaboration with Caterpillar. The three‑day program brought together the full Zahid sales organization, AM Product Support, SMD, Ejar, and a full delegation of Caterpillar management and instructors, reinforcing alignment, capability development, and the transformation toward customer‑centric excellence.
The campus opened with leadership messages from Zahid Group and CAT management, emphasizing the new strategy and Customer‑Back Approach.
Day one focused on product solutions and competitive positioning across key segments, supported by workshops on technology, CVA, BCP uptime guarantee, service commitments 2.0, rebuilds, and wear solutions, along with product walk‑arounds highlighting key USPs.
Day two deepened product and commercial expertise through focused breakouts covering excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders, dozers with 3D technology, BCP, WBT, and paving, in addition to digital enablement sessions using VisionLink, Cat Inspect, PCC, and other CAT platforms.
The day concluded with a team‑building dinner to strengthen cross‑functional collaboration. The final day transitioned learning into action through joint Zahid–CAT customer visits, targeted rental and used equipment sessions, service presentations, and a closing leadership recap.
