Zahid Tractor has successfully passed the ISO 9001:2008 re-certification audit conducted by the ISO accreditation body, TÜV NORD, from March 13 to 16, 2016.
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognized standard for quality management systems, ensuring organizations deliver products and services that consistently meet customer requirements. At the end of every three-year certification cycle, companies are subject to a recertification audit and, if passed, are certified as ISO 9001 compliant for another three years. During those three years, the company must also pass annual Surveillance Audits.
Zahid Tractor has been ISO 9001 certified since 1996, a testament to the company’s commitment to maintain quality in all facets of the business. As one of the few companies in the region that is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified, Zahid Tractor has proved its ability to deliver services reliably, safely and environmentally friendly while adhering to international best practice standards.
