Safeer for Renewable Energy is proud to announce the official start of construction on its latest solar power project for Golden Chicken Farm Co., marking a significant milestone in Safeer’s ongoing mission to deliver sustainable and renewable energy solutions.
Located in Saudi Arabia’s Central Region, the Golden Chicken Farm Co. Solar Power Plant has now entered the construction phase. Once completed, the 5.12 MWp installation will provide clean, renewable electricity to cover the majority of the farm’s daytime energy needs.
It is anticipated that the solar plant would reduce the environmental effect of on-site diesel generators by offsetting 7.4 tonnes of CO₂ emissions each year. This advances Saudi Arabia’s Net Zero 2060 ambition and is equal to removing more than 1,250 automobiles off the industrial campus or more than 1,200 homes’ annual power use. The deployment of a single-axis tracker system in this project is noteworthy because it demonstrates Safeer’s commitment to efficiency, innovation, and long-term energy resilience.
Sustainable energy solutions are more important than ever as the demand for energy rises and the price of fossil fuels rises. The Golden Chicken Farm Solar Project is an excellent example of how clean technology may address present-day and future energy-related issues.
