Perpetua Holding is pleased to announce that it has acquired a majority stake in Artemed Pflegezentren (in future branded ArteCare) from Artemed SE.
Artemed Pflegezentren is an innovative care service provider for elderly people and people with specific diseases. The company focuses on developing and operating inpatient care homes as well as integrated care and assisted living concepts.
Perpetua Holding now holds an 82.5% stake in the company and will work with the management to accelerate the company’s growth by: Developing new facilities, expanding the service portfolio and further investing in inorganic growth opportunities.
The fast-growing company 2021 revenues are expected to be more than 25 million Euro.
