Zahid Tractor has successfully passed the ISO 9001:2008 Surveillance Audit conducted by the ISO accreditation body, TÜV NORD, on the 13th and 14th of April 2015.
The company passed the same Surveillance Audit last year, and was commended this year for its focus on customer satisfaction at all levels and for addressing all previously reported areas for improvement.
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognized standard for quality management system; ensuring organizations deliver products and services that consistently meet customer requirements. As one of two steps to maintain ISO certification, Surveillance Audits are ongoing periodic reviews of an organization’s quality management system to ensure continued compliance with the ISO standard.
