OMAS was established in 2015 to complement our energy provider, Altaaqa Alternative Solutions. The company specializes in the design, installation, operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems as well as Balance of Plants “BoS” for mobile and small frame gas turbines. In addition, the company provides procurement services and consultancy (including energy audit) services for electrical and desalination facilities. We have recently partnered with GreenCells, a Global Developer and Solar EPC company based in Saarbrucken Germany, to further strengthen our position as a major regional player in the solar energy field.

Greencells Group is a global service provider for planning, construction and maintenance of utility-scale solar power plants. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Saarbrücken, Germany, the Group employs more than 100 employees and several hundred skilled workers at construction sites. As one of the largest European providers in the photovoltaic sector, Greencells Group has successfully participated in the construction or planning of PV power plants with a cumulative capacity of more than 2.1 GWp in over 25 countries. The Group has four regional offices to serve the growing global demand for solar and hybrid solutions. In 2018, Zahid Group acquired a 50% stake in the company.
